Honestly this place is amazing. Our server was so sweet and patient and attentive. I had the patty melt with tator tots. My partner got a skillet and biscuits with gravy. All delicious. The sweet tea is the best I have had in a very long time. I highly recommend checking this place out. Prices are reasonable for most things. The desserts sound so mouth watering but we were so full.
Excellent Diner Experience – Perfect for Truckers! We just ate here and had an amazing experience. The food is delicious, the prices are fair, and the atmosphere is very welcoming. The owner is great, and the lady who served us was incredibly kind and attentive. One of the best things for truck drivers: there’s plenty of semi-truck parking—easily space for over 30 rigs. That alone makes it worth the stop, but the quality of the food and service makes it unforgettable. Highly recommended whether you're passing through or a local. A truly pleasant and satisfying stop!
Our breakfast and coffee was delicious! I had the chicken fajita omelet with American fries (home fries) and french toast. Hubby had the Irish Benny ( poached eggs over corned beef hash) and pancakes. Everything tasted home made. We also ordered a slice of eggnog cream pie and strawberry cheesecake to go which was also delicious.
Great Midwest customer service! The waitresses there are excellent! The place was clean and had plenty of seating. We both ordered the skillets, although it looked great it did lack a lil bit of flavor and the butter on the toast wasn't melted. Needless to say, I would still go back and get a backbone and ask for melted butter on my toast and a lil salt and crisper hash browns. Prices were fair.
This place was awesome, especially for us, truckers we hardly ever get home cooked meal. We're very glad that this place has truck parking. The ambiance was great and clean. Food was delicious, the best cheese curds I've ever had - must try. Pot roast is really good, yummy. I like the dessert, not so sweet. Excellent customer service. Thanks, guys.
When you see big trucks, you know it's good...and we weren't disappointed.
